
José C. Feliciano was born in Yauco, Puerto Rico, and was reared on the near West Side of Cleveland. He is a retired partner (2017) in the Cleveland office of the national law firm of Baker & Hostetler LLP, one of the largest law firms In the United States. He was the first Hispanic partner in a major law firm in the city of Cleveland. Prior thereto, he made history by serving as the first major Hispanic public official in the history of the City of Cleveland when he was named Chief Prosecutor (1980-1984) by then-Mayor George Voinovich. The culmination of his public career was Mr. Feliciano’s selection and service as a White House Fellow by President Ronald Reagan in 1984.
Earlier in his career, he was a Cuyahoga County Public Defender (1978- 1980) and was an attorney for the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland (1975 -1978). He has also been an adjunct professor at John Carroll University (1979 - 1984). He holds a B.A. from John Carroll University, a J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and an M.B.A. from Cleveland State University.

Judge José A. Villanueva served in the General Division of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas from January, 1988 to his retirement on November 30, 2016. His election in November, 1988 marked the first time a member of the Hispanic Community achieved elective office in Cuyahoga County. This also marked the first election of a Hispanic to county-wide office in the state of Ohio. Judge Villanueva presided as a judge on the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court’s Innovative Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Docket. Judge Villanueva served as Chair of the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Court from 2010 to July 1, 2016.
Judge Villanueva previously served on the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC) from 1985 to 1988 and was the first ever Hispanic member of the OCRC. He was appointed by Governor Richard F. Celeste. As a Commissioner, Judge Villanueva authored OCRC’s policy extending handicap status protection to AIDS sufferers, proposed changes in the processing of sexual harassment claims to improve fairness and led efforts to reform OCRC’s practices and policies.

Dr. Diana Del Rosario currently serves as principal for R&D Consulting Services, LLC, where she offers management consulting services, executive level management support, and coaching, as well as higher education strategic consulting services. Diana’s experience encompasses more than 30 years in higher education at various executive levels, including roles as campus chief academic affairs officer and chief student affairs officer. Her leadership experience has been recognized through multiple awards; she is most proud of her selection as part of the Inaugural Class of the Aspen Presidential Fellowship for Community College Excellence, as a Woman of Professional Excellence by the YWCA of Greater Cleveland and as a Distinguished Hispanic Ohioan by the Ohio Latino Affairs Commission. Her community services include serving as director in various boards in Ohio and Illinois, including the Hispanic Roundtable of Greater Cleveland, Esperanza, Inc., the Spanish American Committee and CREO DuPage in Illinois. She is the proud mother of two adult children who continue to be her greatest joy.

Expertise in procurement, diversity consulting, construction management, and strategic planning. Service-disabled veteran and certified business owner with extensive experience driving impactful results in both public and private sectors.
Notable construction projects include Sherwin-Williams World HQ (Project Management, 2024, $600 million), CWRU ISEB Lab with Discovery Builders JV (Project Management, 2024, $200 million), Cleveland Clinic Neurology Clinic (Associate Project Manager, 2023, $1.1 billion), Berea-Midpark High School (Associate Project Manager, 2023, $68 million), MetroHealth Systems Campus Transformation (Project Management, 2019, $500 million), Cleveland Public Library Master Plan (Project Management, 2023, $15 million), Jacksonville National Cemetery Vault Remediation Project (Construction Management, 2016, $360,000), NASA Glenn Research Center building renovations (General Contractor, 2010, $2 million), and Louis Stokes Veteran Services Office Renovation (Construction Management, 2010, $1 million).
Dr. Magda Gómez serves as the Executive Director of Community Impact Initiatives at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C), where she leads efforts to deepen the institution's role as a catalyst for community development and economic mobility. Under her leadership, Tri-C advances a Community Impact Framework that broadens the traditional mission of community colleges. This framework emphasizes the college’s responsibility not only in promoting student success, but also in driving broader outcomes such as regional economic prosperity and social well-being. It encourages measuring success beyond completion rates, focusing instead on how the institution contributes to the vibrancy and resilience of the surrounding community.
In addition to championing student-centered strategies, Dr. Gómez oversees several College-sponsored initiatives and supports internal employee professional development and engagement programs—ensuring that Tri-C’s workforce remains empowered and aligned with its community impact mission.
Angel R. Rodriguez currently serves as the Business Banking Sales Leader for Northeast Ohio at KeyBank, where he leads a team of Relationship Managers providing trusted financial advisory and strategic business guidance to growing companies across Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, Erie, Pennsylvania, and surrounding communities.
Prior to joining KeyBank, Angel held a variety of senior leadership roles across the banking and broader financial services industry, where he led regional and national teams of bankers and sales professionals focused on delivering capital solutions to fast‑growing small business and middle‑market companies. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of North Coast Insurance Group, an Allstate exclusive insurance agency
Marco Grgurevic-Pujana serves as the Managing Vice President of Minority Business Growth for the Equity & Inclusion team at the Greater Cleveland Partnership (GCP). In this role, he leads statewide and regional initiatives designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential minority-owned businesses. His work focuses on strengthening access to capital, corporate supply chains, strategic networks, and technical resources, ensuring that diverse entrepreneurs have the tools and opportunities needed to scale sustainably and compete in broader markets.
With a career spanning economic development, micro-finance, business development, marketing, and advertising, Marco brings a multidisciplinary perspective to advancing inclusive economic growth. He has worked closely with entrepreneurs at various stages of development, helping them refine strategy, access funding, expand market reach, and build operational capacity. His background enables him to bridge the gap between business owners, institutional partners, and corporate stakeholders to drive measurable impact.

Kenny Torres is the President of KNTCO, where he leads and supports multiple construction projects across the Cleveland area as a mechanical contractor. In this role, he oversees project execution, estimating, business development, and strategic growth initiatives, while creating opportunities for diverse contractors within the industry. Through his leadership, Kenny continues to expand his impact across Northeast Ohio’s construction sector and is actively involved in several major projects throughout the region.
Prior to leading KNTCO, Kenny served as a Project Estimator at Gilbane Building Company, where he supported preconstruction efforts on large-scale projects across Northeast Ohio. In this role, he was responsible for cost estimating, bid analysis, subcontractor coordination, and supporting project planning efforts to ensure accuracy and efficiency from early project stages through execution.

Midori Lebrón, a proud native of Cleveland, Ohio, embodies a deep-rooted commitment to education and community empowerment, proudly embracing her Puerto Rican heritage. With over 13 years of experience in higher education, she currently serves as the Associate Vice President of New Student Strategy and Engagement at Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C), where she is accountable for new-student recruitment, enrollment conversion, and early persistence through the first 15 instructional days of a student’s initial semester. Her aim remains focused on improving access to education for all students and ensuring a more equitable pathway to higher education.
Midori holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Baldwin Wallace University, a Master's in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University, and a Master's in Sociology from Cleveland State University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Interprofessional Leadership with a focus on Leadership in Education at Kent State University.
