RAÍCES is a cohort-based leadership development program designed to strengthen professionals who are ready to deepen their leadership capacity, broaden their influence, and contribute to culturally grounded conversations about growth, opportunity, and community advancement.

The program is intended for participants who bring leadership promise, professional accomplishment, and a demonstrated commitment to service.

Invitation to Apply 

You are invited to apply for the inaugural cohort of the RAÍCES Leadership Development Program.

RAÍCES — Raising Advancement, Influence, and Community Empowerment Strategies — is a leadership development program created by the Hispanic Roundtable in response to a key mandate emerging from Convención Hispana 2024.

Convención Hispana is an annual gathering of approximately 3,000 community members that brings together leaders, families, professionals, and institutions to advance economic opportunity, civic engagement, health access, leadership development, and cultural celebration.

RAÍCES was created to help cultivate the next generation of leaders who are prepared to strengthen their organizations while contributing meaningfully to the long-term prosperity, civic life, and inclusive growth of Northeast Ohio.

Ideal Candidate Profile 

  Have typically at least 5 years of professional experience

 Demonstrate strong leadership potential and readiness for expanded responsibility

 Have a track record of community involvement

 Show commitment to inclusive growth and regional advancement

 Are based in, or have strong ties to, Northeast Ohio
