On October 10, 2024, the Hispanic Roundtable (HRT) conducted its candidates and issues night at La Sagrada Familia Church (7719 Detroit Ave.) as a part of the Roundtable’s 40th anniversary celebration. Several hundred participants, including candidates, office holders, issue representatives, and community members participated in the evening filled with music, dessert, and plenty of political dialogues.

More than 20 political candidates, including candidates for the Ohio Supreme Court, Congress of the United States, state representative, state senate , and Cuyahoga county council participated in the candidates and issues night , as well as representatives for the Cleveland school board levy and state of Ohio redistricting initiative.
